At Femme Fatale Beach Collection, we take great pride in the quality and design of our swimwear. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure hygiene and satisfaction for all our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for the return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Tags and hygiene liners must remain intact.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@femmefatale-beachcollection.com. We may request photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process. We will offer you the option to receive a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Swimwear without hygiene liners.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods, unless they are faulty or damaged.
- Gift cards.
5. International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes, which are non-refundable. Please ensure to check your country’s policies regarding import fees before purchasing.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for faulty or incorrect items, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@femmefatale-beachcollection.com with your order number, description of the issue, and any necessary photos.
- Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.
- Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange as requested.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time, please:
- Check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
